Latest Update on Killgamepoker/Willis McCoy

Well everyone it has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride for me these last few months. I have really learned what being a poker player is all about. It has it's ups and it has it's downs; And i guess you have to pretty much be ready for any and everything.

I now have a new found respect for online players, who cash and win big tourneys on a consistant basis. My analyist of the game has also become much better than it once was as well. Now as far as money is concerned i really have not made any big cashes yet.

I have found plenty of leaks in my game though; And so far i have been able to plug them very well. I now have alot bigger nutz on the table as opposed to just trying to cash and make small money.

Now when i play a Mtt i play for first place money instead of just trying to cash. I was really suprised to learn how much deeper in a tourney you can go by playing fearless poker.

I have had plenty of learning curves in these past 8 months;Ive been up and i have been down. And right now i have a positive ROI% of 2% and about $150+ profit on Sharkscope. But i can remember when i was well in the red area as much as -$300 only a few months ago.

Playing poker for me has really been a battle of the blinds; And with me being short stacked as well. But my motto and my outlook still remain the same as it was. "You learn something everyday". And even to this day i learn more and more about this game that i love!

First i tried to play beyond my bankroll and that didn't work. Then i tried to multi-table and that also was a bust. Then i tried to play $10 sng's and the $27+2 $50,000 tourney; Taking shots and losing money!

But now i have learned to stick with a limit that i can learn to win at! And once i become a consistant winner a a given level! And can then move up according to my skill level and my bankroll!

Right now i play only $5 events until my playing roll reaches $150 plus! Once i reach the $180 area, then i can hit the $10/180,$10/45,$10/27 Mtt's. And i can do it with a positive expectation as well!
