If anyone is reading this and is thinking about playing live,then remember this!!! As soon as the first cards where dealt i began to look at the table and try to figure out;Who could play and who the donkeys were. I saw for myself how bad it is to stereo type asian and middle aged white guys as the best players. I also learned that the young kid with all the FullTilt and PokerStars gear could be the biggest ASS(Donkey) at the table. So you really just have to pay attention.
I guess i am pretty late making this post since i won the money on the 6th. But oh well i have a job you know and i play poker part time for income.I really had a good feeling going into this tourney; But honestly i was scared as fuck before it even began. I was able to hold it all in however as well as being the table chip leader after the 1st break.
I learned alot from playing in this tourney. And one of the things that really kicked in was how good online players are. It was just amazing how much easier it was to play live as opposed to playing online.Now i am not saying that live players are weaker; But the bad players are a whole lot easier to spot,that's for shure.
So i remember when i was a kid and i always wondered; What would it be like to have like $10,000 just laying on the bed and it's all yours. Well that's exactly what i did after i won the $7,000 in Biloxi Ms. on June 6th. The tournament was the monthly $20K freeze out that is held there every 1st Sat-Sun of the month.
