So i have been working on the 6 max for a couple of months now. I feel that i have come leaps and bounds in my progress of improving my overall game as a whole. But i still feel that i have much more room for improvement. I am currently playing at the $5 6max level until i feel i have enough of an edge to move up one level. I started at the $22 level earlier this year and busted a $1700 bankroll in the process! Im really doing my best to stay active this time around; While also working on my game away from the table as well.
Honestly it's been a long ass road traveled to get my game and reads back to where they need to be. This game has really been taking a toll on me lately; But i know i have to stay focused if i plan to get ahead. The past few days have really been an eye opener as far as poker at the table goes. My reads and my way of thinking has really improved. I am beginning to see hands and situations on a much broader level, than what i once had. Also dropping down in levels is allowing me to improve my learning curves at a much cheaper price. My open shove game has improved as well as my patience and staying power when short stacked.
On the defensive side of things,im really working to improving my light 3-betting during the middle stages; As i really feel playing these will help improve my mtt play as well good. Because by nature i have always been a much better mtt player anyway; So i really feel that the 6 max games can only improve my play.
